First Haircut

I held off as long as I could on Parker's first haircut but his hair was so long it was in his eyes and a constant nuisance for him. I started by trimming his 'bangs' late January but the side burns & mop started to look like a mullet! So the first weekend Parker & I visited mom & dad I decided to officially cut it. He started out in his highchair since they have high backed barstools but he thought lounging in his highchair was more fun which meant I couldn't cut the back. Grandma ended up holding him and he did great! No tears (by Parker or me ;) and suddenly he looked much older!

First Christmas!

Parker turned 10 months old on Christmas and finally got his first tooth a couple days before. We sang the song 'All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth' enough the entire month of December it finally paid off ;)

By 8 months the sign photos no longer worked since Parker insisted on crumpling, eating or tearing the paper so it's candid shots here on out!
